Job summary

Enzo Tech Group Ltd. is seeking a Group Chief Information Security Officer (Group CISO) to define and drive the cybersecurity strategy across international markets. The role includes overseeing risk, cyber-defence operations, and leading a security organization with global reach.

You will report to the CIO and work with the board and senior leadership to shape the organisation’s global security function and delivery model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity or information-security functions within a large, complex international organisation.
• Building and transforming multidisciplinary security and risk teams at scale.
• Operating effectively at board and C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the group-wide cybersecurity and information-security strategy.
• Oversee security, risk and cyber-defence operations across international markets.
• Build, hire and scale high-performing teams comprising more than 70 professionals.
• Advise and maintain direct relationships with the CIO, board and senior internal stakeholders.
• Establish the global recruitment and operating model, including nearshore and offshore capabilities.
• Strengthen organisational resilience while supporting large-scale digital and physical retail operations.
