Job summary

Enzo Tech Group Ltd. is seeking a Group Chief Information Security Officer (Group CISO) to define and drive the cybersecurity strategy across international markets. The role includes overseeing risk, cyber-defence operations, and leading a security organization with global reach.

You will report to the CIO and work with the board and senior leadership to shape the organisation’s global security function and delivery model.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity or information-security functions within a large, complex international organisation.
• Building and transforming multidisciplinary security and risk teams at scale.
• Operating effectively at board and C-suite level.

With a substantial European footprint and global operations spanning digital and physical retail, the organisation is making a significant investment in its technology, cybersecurity and risk-management capabilities.

This business-critical appointment offers the opportunity to shape and lead the organisation’s international security strategy at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the group-wide cybersecurity and information-security strategy.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be an established security executive with experience:

• Leading cybersecurity or information-security functions within a large, complex international organisation.
• Building and transforming multidisciplinary security and risk teams at scale.
• Operating effectively at board and C-suite level.
• Developing global delivery models across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations.
• Balancing strategic leadership with the practical execution of major security-transformation programmes.

Package

The role offers a total annual package of €400,000–€500,000, alongside a remote working arrangement and significant autonomy to shape the organisation’s global security function.
