Airbus SAS is launching AGGP2027, a two-year Graduate Programme in the Quality Department in France. The program focuses on developing leadership and technical skills through rotations, soft-skill training, and a dedicated development week with senior leaders.

As a recent graduate, you will engage in projects that drive operational excellence, quality management, and risk mitigation across global aircraft programs, while cultivating your personal growth and readiness for future leadership roles

Qualifications

• A degree level or equivalent within Production, Quality, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Project Management and Good technical understanding (Process and Quality).
• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English).
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.
• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

What you will be doing

You will be on a development journey to guide your growth into the role in the Quality Department and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Champion our Quality First mindset to drive operational excellence across our global aircraft programs.

• You learn how to deliver Right First Time results that enhance customer satisfaction

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position in Quality department.

What We Look For

To be a successful applicant you must demonstrate you have:

• A degree level or equivalent within Production, Quality, Project Management or a related discipline


• Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of Project Management and Good technical understanding (Process and Quality)
