Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Director / Senior Director FSP Operational Delivery Lead based in France. This senior executive role oversees strategic FSP portfolios, client partnerships, and global delivery across EMEA.

You will shape portfolio strategy, operational performance, workforce planning, and transformation initiatives across complex clinical services environments. You will also drive digital transformation and lead senior managers across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership or management roles.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence.
• Deep regulatory knowledge of clinical trials and related frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and strategic thinking.

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership across multiple FSP portfolios.
• Develop long-term portfolio strategies aligned with growth and ops excellence.
• Establish delivery standards across distributed teams.
• Lead transformation initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Partner with Business Development for opportunities and growth.
• Drive digital transformation through analytics and automation.
• Coach and develop senior leaders and teams.
• Manage risks and escalations at executive level.
