Job summary

Comsip, a VINCI Energies Oil & Gas subsidiary, leads an international FPSO project control team across Paris, Singapore, and Geoje. Based in EPSCC premises, the Project Control Lead coordinates planning, cost control, document management, and governance while traveling frequently to support offshore delivery.

You will build integrated dashboards, monitor schedules, costs, risks, and ensure contract compliance, with 10–15 years of leadership experience in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years in project control within oil & gas or large-scale industrial projects.
• Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project control teams.
• Strong proficiency in planning and control tools (Primavera P6, Excel, SharePoint, EDMS).
• Deep understanding of EPSCC project phases, contractual frameworks, and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the project control team across planning, reporting, document control, contract management, IT systems, and admin support.
• Develop and maintain integrated control systems and procedures to monitor progress, cost, documentation, and contractual compliance.
• Act as focal point for internal and external reporting with dashboards, KPIs and progress summaries.
• Support decision-making by providing consolidated insights on schedule, cost, risks, and documentation status.
• Ensure control activities comply with standards, contract obligations, and governance.
