Comsip, a subsidiary of VINCI Energies Oil & Gas, is recruiting a FPSO Project Control Lead Services. The role will lead a multidisciplinary project control team, coordinating planning, reporting, and contract management for a major FPSO program.

It involves long-term international assignments across Paris, Singapore, and Geoje with resident status and strong emphasis on governance and control. The position requires a degree in Engineering or related field, 10–15 years in project control for oil

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years in project control within oil & gas or large-scale projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project control teams.
• Strong proficiency in planning and control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Excel, SharePoint, EDMS).
• Deep understanding of EPSCC project phases, contractual frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Experience in HR coordination and logistics within project environments.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural project environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the project control team across planning, reporting, document control, and contract management.
• Develop and maintain integrated control systems and procedures for progress, cost, and compliance.
• Act as the focal point for internal and external reporting with dashboards and KPIs.
• Support decision-making with consolidated schedule, cost, risks, and docs status.
• Ensure all control activities comply with standards and governance.
