Job summary

Comsip, a VINCI Energies Oil & Gas subsidiary, seeks an experienced HSE specialist for FPSO management services. The role covers security, safety, societal and environmental matters across engineering, procurement, supply, construction, commissioning and installation phases, ensuring compliance with TotalEnergies and TEPNA policies and international standards.

The service holder will lead H3SE objectives with the Package Manager, coordinate with HSSE teams, and promote a strong safety culture on

Qualifications

• Ten to twenty years of professional experience in HSE and project management.
• English language fluency mandatory (spoken and written).
• Engineer degree or equivalent required, with track record in oil & gas environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote H3SE in the project and provide H3SE advice to the Project Management and Project team.
• Define and review H3SE management systems – Philosophy, Plans and Procedures – for the FPSO package.
• Coordinate H3SE activities with Package Manager and HSSE/Safety personnel.
• Review Contractors’ H3SE management systems and conduct regular safety audits on sites.
