Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking an International Head FP&A and Digital Finance - Finance Director to steer global finance planning cycles, strategic initiatives and reporting. You will partner with the International Head of Finance and IOLT leaders in a hybrid, cross‑border setup, ensuring cohesive brand planning and forecasting across affiliates.

Qualifications

• English fluency; French is a plus
• Extensive experience as a Finance generalist (Controlling, FP&A, Accounting, tax)
• Strong leadership and team development experience
• Transformation projects and partnership management: modelling, simulation and recommendations
• Strong Finance Business Partner experience in a matrix environment (#LI-HYBRID)

Responsabilités

• Act as a true business partner to Finance Head and International Head; propose and implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead Budget, Forecasts and Long-Range Plan coordination and reporting in a matrix organization.
• Analyze performance by brands and countries; model scenarios and propose improvements.
• Digital finance champion to coordinate with the business excellence team across affiliates.
• Develop ad hoc business plans and standardised analytical tools with country collaboration.
