Job summary

Airbus Protect is seeking a Deputy Facility Manager to lead the structuring of the FM department and drive operational excellence across three French sites, with international coordination. The role combines field oversight with project management, frequent travel to sites in France and abroad, and close collaboration with Procurement, IT and Security to ensure compliant, sustainable facilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or engineering degree in FM or related field.
• Previous experience in facility maintenance or FM operations.
• Fluent English for daily international interactions.

Responsibilities

• Structure FM department and standardize processes.
• Coordinate across France sites and UK/Germany for alignment on budgets and milestones.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors with contracts/SLA tracking and performance reviews.
• Oversee international coordination with UK and German operations representatives.
• Provide operational support in the field during peak activity periods.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT and Security to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure FM standards meet environmental, health and safety regulations.
