Job summary

Airbus Protect is seeking a Deputy Facility Manager to lead FM structuring and coordinate activities across three French sites with international alignment. You will drive standardization, KPI tracking and annual improvement plans while partnering with procurement, IT and security.

The role includes field support, large-project PM, and regular travel to sites across Europe, with initial on-site onboarding and occasional telework. Strong English required.

Qualifications

Master’s or engineering degree in FM, maintenance, or related field.
Full professional proficiency in English for international interactions.
Certifications: Electrical (B2C) and Working at heights.

Responsibilities

Structure FM processes, standardize and harmonize activities across sites.
Coordinate large projects and monitor budget tracking and milestones.
Manage suppliers and subcontractors with SLAs and reviews.
Provide international coordination with UK and German operations.
Support field operations during peak activity and incidents.
Collaborate with Procurement, IT and Security for smooth ops.
Ensure FM standards meet EHS regulations and sustainability goals.
