Airbus Protect is seeking a Deputy Facility Manager to oversee the FM department across three French sites with international coordination to UK and Germany. You will structure processes, implement KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with EHS standards.

The role is highly operational with field presence, occasional travel to multiple sites, and collaboration with Procurement, IT, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in facility management and operational maintenance.
• Ability to structure processes and define KPIs for FM.

Responsabilités

• Structure and harmonize FM processes across three sites.
• Manage FM projects including a Paris-area layout project.
• Coordinate with suppliers, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Ensure international alignment with UK and German operations.
• Provide hands-on field support during peak activity and incidents.
