Hill Robinson is seeking a Fleet Compliance Manager who will support the Fleet Compliance Department in ensuring that all managed vessels comply with various regulations. Responsibilities include safety oversight, training organization, and regulatory management.

The role necessitates communication skills and knowledge of ISM, while being bilingual in English and French is beneficial. Hill Robinson offers an attractive remuneration package alongside employee assistance programs and travel insurance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Officer on board or as a Yacht Manager.
• Ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Review and improve SMS procedures and manage incident reporting.
• Organize safety and security exercises for vessel crews.
• Maintain manuals and ensure vessel certification.
• Monitor non-conformities and recommend improvements.
• Provide compliance guidance and issue fleet notices.
• Assist with crew certification tracking and system support.
