Lacoste in Paris is seeking a Senior Global Flagship Project Manager to lead and coordinate weekly follow-ups across major flagship projects worldwide, including Arena Paris, Seoul, and NYC, and to support flagship openings.

You will drive master planning, installation calendars, cross-functional collaboration, VM guidelines, and post-installation follow-up, with a strong emphasis on fashion luxury experience and international coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail project management, VM, flagship operations or related environment.
• Strong experience in international and cross-functional project coordination.
• Fluent English mandatory - written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sensitivity to fashion, retail and luxury environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate weekly follow-ups across major flagship projects: Arena Paris, Seoul, Pedder Street Hong Kong, NYC.
• Support flagship openings and strategic store developments; coordinate master planning and installation calendars.
• Ensure clear ownership, project tracking and deadlines; coordinate with local markets and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage suppliers and external partners; VM guidelines for flagships and key stores.
• Coordinate installations and night shifts when required; post-installation follow-up and SAV.
• Visit Arena regularly (min twice monthly); provide VM feedback and guideline compliance.
• Request store reports and pictures across international flagships; ensure consistency and excellence.
• Develop Windows and in-store amplification of key stores; participate in props, display tools and mannequins.
• Monitor sales, traffic, KPI performance; translate store feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate flagship activations and key moments; align HQ and local teams; support execution of activity plans.
