Cartier is seeking a Store Openings & VM Projects Manager to lead visual merchandising for new boutiques and specialist openings across markets. You will collaborate with Market, Commercial, and SDP teams to define zoning, space planning, and product alignment, ensuring consistent VM standards.

The role requires 3+ years in VM or related fields, strong project management, and fluency in English. You will drive continuous improvements, coordinate worldwide rollouts, and contribute to transversal

Qualifications

Degree from a Business School or Architecture School.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in an international environment and communicate clearly.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of architecture and design principles; ability to read floor plans.
Product- and client-oriented with an aesthetic eye.
Creative, curious and collaborative.

Responsabilités

Oversee VM aspects of store openings and renovations in a designated geographic area.
Collaborate with Market and Commercial Teams to define zoning and macro-zoning aligned with VM strategy.
Coordinate with Store Design Planning on openings to ensure optimal space utilization.
Provide VM input on zoning, customer flow and in-store experiences.
Lead transversal projects and ensure worldwide follow-up with markets.
Develop guidelines for in-store animations and floral decorations and oversee rollout worldwide.
