FashionUnited in Paris seeks a Global Flagship Project Manager to lead and coordinate international flagship programs across Paris, Seoul, Hong Kong, NYC and beyond. You will drive VM strategy, ensure calendar alignment, and own project delivery with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in retail project management, strong organizational skills, English fluency, and a passion for fashion and luxury environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead weekly follow-ups across major flagship projects (Arena Paris, Seoul, NYC, etc.).
• Coordinate master planning and installation calendars with stakeholders.
• Ensure clear ownership, project tracking and deadlines.
• Visit Arena regularly (minimum twice per month) and provide VM feedback.
• Coordinate flagship activations and cross-market calendars.
• Support flagship openings and store developments and ensure guideline compliance.
• Manage suppliers and external partners as needed.

About the role

Global Flagship Project Management

Lead and coordinate weekly follow-ups across major flagship projects:

• Arena Paris
• Seoul
• Pedder Street Hong Kong
• NYC
• New Flagships to come (China, etc)
• Support flagship openings and strategic store developments
• Coordinate master planning and installation calendars
• Ensure clear ownership, project tracking and deadlines
• Coordinate with local markets and cross-functional stakeholders
• Manage suppliers and external partners

Operations & Store Excellence

• Lead operational follow-up for Arena flagship
• Sole responsible for VM guidelines for Flagships & key stores
• Coordinate installations and night shifts when required
• Ensure post-installation follow-up and issue resolution (SAV)
• Visit Arena regularly (minimum twice per month)
• Provide VM feedback and ensure guideline compliance
• Request store reports and pictures across international flagships
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all key stores

VM & Windows Development

Windows Development & In store Amplification of Key Stores

• Support VM adjustments where needed
• Participate in the development of props, display tools and mannequins
• Contribute to new display solutions and retail innovations

Business Performance & Insights

Monitor key business indicators:

• Ensure proper planning and alignment between HQ and local teams

Profile
