The Global Financial Institutions Group team is looking for a new intern to join the team for a 6-month period starting in January 2027.
This role will vastly broaden your knowledge and understanding of Corporate and Investment banking products as GFIG cover all aspects of relationship management for financial clients of SMBC group. The model under which GFIG operates is based upon the relationships and knowledge of its senior bankers. GFIG is a global department with offices in Tokyo, New York, Sydney, London and Frankfurt among others, in addition to Paris.
GFIG (London) is made up of four teams, Banks, Non-Bank FIs, Structuring and Analytics and Planning & KYC.
