Coface is seeking a Group Management Controlling professional to join a team of 5 financial controllers focused on commercial controlling and strategic finance. You will partner with Operations to measure productivity financial effects and support performance decisions at global, regional, and local levels.

You will lead SSC P&L reviews, budgeting and forecasting, and drive continuous improvements in reporting tools and data accuracy, including Power BI visualizations for senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Business Finance in an international/multi-entity environment.
• Experience collaborating with Operations, SSCs, or cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree in finance; fluency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Act as financial partner to Operations teams, measuring financial impact of productivity actions.
• Coordinate quarterly performance reviews with Operations, Strategy, and local teams.
• Oversee SSC P&L, cost allocation methods, budgeting and forecasting.
• Drive automation and standardization of reporting tools and processes.
