GEODIS is seeking a seasoned Business Controlling Director to partner with the Freight Forwarding CFO and drive financial performance across a 67+ country global network. You will lead FP&A, performance management, and strategic reporting, while steering investment governance and digital finance transformation.

The role demands 10+ years in multinational finance, strong leadership, and deep experience in ERP/EPM and analytics. English fluent; French desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
• MBA/CPA/ACCA/CMA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead business performance management and financial analysis across Global Freight Forwarding.
• Design and implement BI dashboards and performance reporting.
• Oversee financial management of centrally controlled activities, including aircraft operations.
• Govern Investment Committee for global customer opportunities and evaluate profitability.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-term planning for the division.
