GEODIS is seeking a Senior Business Controlling Director to partner with the Freight Forwarding CFO and drive financial performance across a 67+ country global operation. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, governance, and reporting, while guiding transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, and strategic investments.

Fluent English with French a plus; governance and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in multinational settings.
• Proven leadership of international finance teams and ERP programs.
• Experience in logistics or global service industries is a plus.
• Strong FP&A, reporting, governance, and business partnering skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Business Performance Management and Controlling with regional leaders.
• Oversee financial performance across Global Freight Forwarding and prepare exec reviews.
• Design BI dashboards and reporting aligned with business needs.
• Manage investment governance, pricing, profitability and commercial analytics.
• Steer budgeting, rolling forecast, and long-term financial planning.
• Govern HQ finance, including statutory reporting and cost control.
