Sulzer is seeking a Global BU Operations Controller to drive and coordinate operational controlling across our manufacturing footprint. You will partner with Operations leadership, provide financial insights, and lead the Operations Controlling team to align with business objectives.

In this role, you will oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring timely communications with stakeholders and driving continuous improvement within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Controlling, or Business Partnering roles.
• Previous management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Prior experience in an Engineering and/or Manufacturing environment is essential.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Drive operational controlling for the BU at the Operations level, overseeing cost accounting and reporting.
• Coordinate planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Operations.
• Produce and present monthly finance reports to BU FICO Head and stakeholders.
• Establish governance with core management reports (e.g., DOA, control matrix).
• Support ERP developments and ensure compliance with global policies.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives for controlling.
