HCLTech is seeking a Proximity Support Lead to join our client’s facility in Paris, Île-de-France. The role oversees governance and orchestration of on-site support across countries, ensuring consistency and performance.

Qualifications include 5+ years in proximity/field support management, ITIL knowledge, and strong vendor/stakeholder management. The position is based on site in Paris with four days onsite and global coordination responsibilities.
