Job summary

Soitec seeks a Global Field Operations and Continuous Improvement Lead to join its worldwide Field Application Engineering team. You will coordinate field projects, drive quality initiatives, and lead cross-functional programs spanning QA, Product, IT, and Sales across global regions.

The role offers exposure to operational leadership, technical deployments, and process optimization with a focus on delivering reliable field support and continuous improvement across products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities, project schedules, and resource allocations for field engineers globally.
• Serve as the central point of contact between field application engineers, QA, product, and sales teams.
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, and deployment dashboards.
• Monitor KPIs to drive project success.
• Provide first-line operational and technical guidance to field personnel.
• Organize and deliver training, updated documentation, and tooling improvements for field engineers.
• Assist FAE team in troubleshooting field operational issues.
