Danone's Activia brand in Paris seeks a Global Equity & Communications Manager for a 1-year mission. You will lead global PR & culture, coordinate agencies, and work with cross-functional teams to scale equity & communications initiatives.

You bring 8+ years in Brand Marketing or creative comms, fluent English, a passion for brands, and a track record in global campaigns. The role supports weekly homeworking in a dynamic Danone environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 8+ years of experience in Brand Marketing or in a recognized creative comms or digital agency.
• Passionate about brands with a trained eye for creativity & design.
• Strong attention to detail and excellence in execution.
• Experience with PR, experiential & social/influence & AI campaigns.
• Experience implementing campaigns at a global scale.
• Ability to coordinate people and projects, lead cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Support scaling of new demand model / ecosystem of comms (including recipe platform, podcasts, testimonial series).
• Support activation of Activia's 40-year program (starting Q4 2027).
• Coordinate a wide network of agencies for PR, culture, shopper, influence, media & activation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR & culture, ICP, SIA, Food law, Media, Shopper, Sponsoring) to achieve project objectives.
