Danone recherche un responsable global equity et comms pour diriger des projets de communication à l’échelle mondiale, de la stratégie à l’exécution, y compris les plans d’activation et les outils de communication.

Vous piloterez des équipes interfonctionnelles, développerez des guidelines, et accompagnerez des pays dans des projets pilotes tout en supervisant un apprenti chaque année.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (business school or equivalent) with at least 4 years of post-graduation marketing experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong marketing fundamentals, brand sensitivity and business understanding.

Responsabilités

• Lead global communication projects from strategy to execution.
• Develop global guidelines and toolkits on communication topics.
• Contribute to global yearly communication processes and activation plan.
• Coordinate agency partners weekly or ad hoc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives.
• Support countries with ad hoc or piloting projects.
• Manage an apprentice annually.
