CAPEFRONT Energies is seeking an experienced Transport Manager to lead international project transportation activities on a major EPC energy project.

You will develop the transportation strategy, plan activities to align with the project schedule, and coordinate with procurement, logistics and service providers.

The role requires strong English, extensive EPC transport experience, and the ability to manage multiple contractors across diverse regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in transport and/or logistics management.
• Significant EPC project experience.
• Strong knowledge of international transportation and freight forwarding.
• Experience managing transport contractors and freight forwarders.
• Solid understanding of Incoterms and contract requirements.
• Experience with transport tendering, ITBs and bid evaluation.
• Ability to operate in international, multidisciplinary project environments.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; stakeholder management.
• Professional English required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the Project Transportation Strategy and Transport Plans.
• Plan transportation activities in accordance with the project schedule.
• Coordinate international transportation of project equipment and materials.
• Manage and coordinate freight forwarders and transportation service providers.
• Ensure shipment follow-up and coordination with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate transport interfaces with Procurement, Suppliers, Logistics and other project functions.
• Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international transportation requirements.
• Prepare and manage Transport ITBs / tender packages.
• Review and evaluate transportation offers.
• Prepare and/or contribute to Technical Bid Tabulations (TBT).
• Participate in the selection of transport service providers.
• Coordinate and monitor selected contractors throughout project execution.
• Ensure transportation activities are aligned with project requirements, schedule and contractual commitments.
