Transport Manager An excellent opportunity is available for a Transport Manager to join a major engineering project environment with a leading company in the energy and infrastructure sector. This Transport Manager role will focus on transport and logistics management across EPC project activities, supporting shipment planning, transport execution, reporting and coordination with freight forwarders and transport service providers. The successful Transport Manager will be responsible for implementing transport and logistics strategy for the assigned project while ensuring transport activities are delivered effectively and in line with project procedures, execution plans and quality expectations. This Transport Manager position offers exposure to complex international project logistics and would suit a candidate with strong technical transport management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the transport and logistics strategy for the assigned project
• Develop and maintain transport execution procedures, processes and methodologies
• Coordinate transport planning activities and proactively anticipate upcoming shipments
• Monitor transport operations and ensure timely execution of shipments
• Prepare and issue transport management reports and KPIs
• Support ITB activities and prepare Technical Bid Tabulations
• Coordinate and monitor freight forwarders and transport service providers
• Identify, analyse and mitigate transport-related risks and issues
• Work in line with project procedures, management systems, quality requirements and HSES expectations
• Ensure all issued documentation meets required technical and content quality standards in English

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Transport Manager within transport and logistics management
• Minimum 10 years of experience in transport/logistics management for EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms
• Strong understanding of international transportation regulations
• Fluent English
• Ability to work within structured project procedures and execution plans
• Strong reporting, coordination and risk management capability
• Experience working with freight forwarders and transport service providers
