CEVA Logistics is seeking a Project Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end project cargo and breakbulk operations for industrial clients. You will coordinate between customers, internal teams, overseas offices, vessels, carriers, and terminals to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.

The role requires strong project management, financial awareness, and fluent English and French communication, with exposure to complex multimodal transport and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Experience in project logistics or related fields with international scope.
• Ability to structure priorities, meet deadlines and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial awareness including cost tracking and margins.
• Excellent English and French communication for meetings and reports.
• Solid knowledge of project cargo, breakbulk, and multimodal operations.
• Proficient with logistics systems and standard office tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project cargo and breakbulk operations from planning to delivery.
• Serve as the primary operations contact for customers and partners.
• Prepare project execution plans, schedules, risk registers and reports.
• Monitor milestones, address delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate pre-shipment activities, documentation, and customs.
• Run regular project meetings and provide stakeholder updates.
• Support tendering with operational concepts and risk assessments.
• Track costs, supplier quotes, and invoicing aspects.
• Coordinate complex transport solutions requiring engineering and permits.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned to raise reliability.
