Ipsen is seeking a Global MDM Solution Lead to drive enterprise Master Data Management strategy and platform ownership across global data domains. You will partner with governance, architecture, and business functions to elevate data quality, drive transformation, and ensure compliant data operations in a multinational biotech setting.

The role spans strategy, platform roadmaps, operating model design, and cross-functional delivery, with location options in FR (Paris) or GB (London).

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Master Data Management, data platforms, or digital transformation.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-scale MDM platforms and operating models.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communications skills.
• Experience with budget planning, business cases, and cost optimization.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the Enterprise MDM strategy and roadmap.
• Own the vision, roadmap, and value realization of the Enterprise MDM Platform.
• Define the MDM operating model and ensure service delivery excellence.
• Improve data quality and enable data stewardship across domains.
• Lead architecture decisions and integration patterns for MDM capabilities.
