AL7925 Grid Solutions SAS is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to shape the supplier strategy for electrical equipment and HVDC projects. You will negotiate contracts, support tendering and execution, and drive supplier qualifications with a data-driven approach.

In this role, you will lead negotiations, allocate supplier needs, and collaborate with internal teams to secure optimal commercial terms while ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project, technical and sourcing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration or related fields.
• Extensive sourcing experience and familiar with global and local frame agreement preparations.
• Demonstrate a track record of influencing organizations to high levels of performance.
• Excellent negotiation and sourcing skills, a drive for results.

Responsabilités

• Define supplier strategy including management and optimisation of supplier panels.
• Negotiate contracts and bids during tendering stage and execution stage.
• Support supplier qualification process.
• Lead negotiations and allocate needs to suppliers; negotiate terms and transmit information to procurement.
• Manage claims and include data analysis and purchasing activities as needed.
• Use analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy and act as a resource for colleagues.
