Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experiences in project, technical and sourcing, ideally with HVDC.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business administration or related fields.
• Extensive sourcing experience and familiar with global and local frame agreement preparations.
• Demonstrate a track record of influencing organizations to high levels of performance.
• Excellent negotiation and sourcing skills, a drive for results.

Responsabilités

• Define supplier strategy including management and optimisation of supplier panels.
• Contribute to the definition of the global supplier strategy for electrical equipment.
• Negotiate and support contracts and bids during tendering and execution stages.
• Contribute to supplier qualification processes.
• Lead negotiations and allocate needs to suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions and transmit information to Procurement; manage claims.
• Includes purchasing activities and data analysis as needed.
• Apply policy/strategy using in-depth technical knowledge.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
• May lead small projects with low risks and limited resources.
• Use judgment to propose solutions outside set parameters for daily problems.
• Prioritise information for data analysis.
• Use technical experience and analytical thinking.
• Utilise multiple internal and limited external sources to make decisions.
