BYREDO Education in Paris is seeking an International Trainer for maternity leave cover. You will create education content, translate launches into learning experiences, and collaborate with markets worldwide to implement global education initiatives.

Fluent English is required, and you will script video learning, present to diverse audiences, and work with Retail, Product Development and Clienteling teams. A passion for fragrance and luxury retail is essential with strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong content creation skills are essential.
• Creative and organised with attention to detail.
• Experience in Education, Training, Retail, Beauty or Fragrance is valuable.

Responsabilités

• Create Education content from concept to learning formats (presentations, activities, video learning).
• Translate launches, products and stories into learning experiences that are clear and engaging.
• Collaborate with markets worldwide to support global Education initiatives.
• Coordinate Learning App initiatives and support Clienteling integration between Puig Global teams and markets.
• Organise and deliver Global Education Seminars and Regional Education Seminars, including content and speakers.
