Erborian is seeking an International Training Manager to lead and coordinate education initiatives across EME markets and provide support for the US market from Paris. You will adapt global tools to local needs and help grow the digital learning ecosystem, including My Erbo Academy.

The role combines hands-on training, market activation, international coordination and content development for digital learning formats.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training, retail education, field training or learning & development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in international environments is required.
• Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and content creation tools; Canva is a plus.
• Comfortable with digital learning platforms and LMS environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead and deliver training sessions across EME markets for retail partners, Beauty Advisors, trainers, ambassadors and commercial teams.
• Support market onboarding, product launches and training activations across international markets.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, including Virtual Classes and masterclasses.

YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Head of Education & Training, you will play a key role within the Education team, with a primary focus on EME markets and a complementary scope supporting the US market.

Your mission is to bring the ERBORIAN Education strategy to life across markets and retail partners through impactful training experiences, market activations and events.

You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating training initiatives across international markets, while adapting global Education tools to local needs and contributing to the development of our digital learning ecosystem.

The role combines hands‑on training, market support, event activation, international coordination and digital learning development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and deliver training sessions across EME markets for retail partners, Beauty Advisors, trainers, ambassadors and commercial teams
• Support market onboarding, product launches and training activations across international markets
• Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions, including Virtual Classes, masterclasses and other Education formats
• Support and coordinate training events, retail activations and cross‑team events, in collaboration with local markets, Sales, Marketing and Communication teams
• Adapt training delivery and approach to different market needs while ensuring consistency with ERBORIAN's Education and Brand strategy
• Build strong relationships with local Education, Sales and Retail teams to understand their needs and support business priorities
• Act as a Training partner for international markets, bringing expertise, recommendations and best practices to strengthen local execution
• Adapt global training tools and materials to the specific needs of EME markets, ensuring relevance, clarity and consistency with local business priorities
• Identify and address specific training needs across markets and retail partners, while maintaining global Education standards
• Support the US market on specific training needs, adapting tools and content when required
• Translate Marketing, Brand and Product priorities into relevant and impactful training experiences
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training tools based on field feedback, market needs and learner experience
• Ensure training materials are clear, practical and easily deployable across different markets
• Contribute to the development of My Erbo Academy as a key digital learning platform for international markets
• Develop and deploy English‑language training content, modules, learning paths, challenges and digital formats
• Support the international rollout of relevant My Erbo Academy content and ensure its accessibility for EME markets
• Explore new formats to increase engagement and impact, including micro‑learning, gamification, challenges, Virtual Classes and blended learning
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure content is aligned with Education, Brand and Business priorities
• Monitor platform engagement and contribute to initiatives that increase adoption and learner engagement

TRAINING OPERATIONS, COORDINATION & PERFORMANCE

• Coordinate the operational aspects of international training activities, ensuring smooth execution and delivery within agreed timelines
• Manage planning, logistics and communication related to training sessions, activations and events
• Maintain clear and efficient coordination with markets, retail partners and internal stakeholders
• Track key Training KPIs, including participation, engagement and completion, and use insights to identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to the structuring and optimization of Training processes to support the growing international scope
• Ensure a high level of quality and consistency across all Education initiatives

PROFILE

• Strong passion for beauty, skincare and Education.
• Proven experience in training, retail education, field training or learning & development, ideally within the beauty industry
• Strong experience delivering in‑person and virtual training and facilitating engaging learning experiences
• Comfortable working with international markets and adapting to different cultural and business environments
• Strong business mindset, with the ability to connect Education, Brand, Sales and market priorities
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Highly autonomous, proactive and organized, with strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with international stakeholders
• Creative mindset with a genuine interest in innovating training formats and experiences

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing or equivalent
• 4–5+ years of experience in Training, Retail Education, Learning & Development or a related field
• Previous experience in an international environment is required
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and content creation tools; Canva is a plus
• Comfortable with digital learning platforms and LMS environments
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by the role
