Mars France is seeking a Global E-Commerce Performance Business Analyst based at our Aimargues campus near Montpellier. You will harmonize performance reporting across 4 regions, translate complex data into strategic insights for top executives, and dedicate 30% to enabling commercial and demand growth.

You will drive KPI roadmaps with the Data & Analytics team, lead regional alignment calls, and own retail dashboards for Healthy Pets and Veterinary portfolios within a highly autonomous global

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, Marketing or Retail in regional/global BA roles (ideally e-commerce).
• Analytical with a data-first mindset and a degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field.
• Excellent communicator and influencer; ability to lead regionally in a matrix org.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate global E-commerce performance reporting across 4 regions.
• Co-design analytics strategy with D&A and align KPI roadmaps.
• Deliver high-impact quarterly reports and lead regional alignment calls.
• Own retail dashboards and act as trusted internal consultant for regional teams.
