Mars, at its Aimargues campus near Montpellier, seeks a Global E-Commerce & Demand Performance Business Analyst to harmonize reporting across 4 regions and translate data into strategic insights for executives.

You'll drive KPI roadmaps with the D&A team, lead regional alignment calls, and act as a trusted consultant for regional and local teams while supporting demand growth across Healthy Pets and Veterinary portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Marketing/Retail with BI analytics in E‑commerce.
• Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and project management in matrix environments.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate Global E-Commerce Performance Reporting across 4 regions.
• Drive analytics strategy and KPI roadmaps with the D&A team.
• Deliver exec quarterly reports and market intelligence.
