Mars is seeking a Global E-Commerce & Demand Performance Business Analyst to harmonize reporting across 4 regions and translate data into strategic insights for executives. Based at our Aimargues campus near Montpellier, you will drive KPI roadmaps and support omnichannel growth in a highly autonomous role.

You will collaborate with the D&A team to align analytics, deliver quarterly executive reports, and act as a trusted consultant for regional teams across Healthy Pets and Veterinary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Retail with regional/global Business Analyst roles.
• Analytical with a data-first mindset and strong numbers orientation.
• Fluent in English with excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrate Global E-Commerce Performance Reporting across 4 regions, benchmarking and visualizing data.
• Drive Strategic E-Commerce Initiatives & Data Alignment with the D&A team to develop KPI roadmaps.
• Deliver Executive Insights & Market Intelligence with quarterly reports for top management.
• Lead Demand Analysis and act as a Business Consultant for regional and local teams.
