Mars is seeking a Global E-Commerce & Demand Performance Business Analyst based at our Aimargues campus, near Montpellier. You will harmonize performance reporting across four regions, translate data into strategic insights for senior leadership, and help drive commercial growth through analytics and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/marketing, a data-first mindset, English fluency, and strong project management.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Retail with regional/global analytics.
Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance, or a related field; strong numerical and strategic data analysis.
Excellent communicator and influencer; capable of guiding regional teams in a matrixed environment; autonomous.
Fluent in English; strong project management skills.
Nice-to-have: experience in Sales Operations or financial planning.
Nice-to-have: experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau).

Responsabilités

Orchestrate Global E-Commerce Performance Reporting across 4 regions.
Drive Strategic E-Commerce Initiatives & Data Alignment with the D&A team.
Deliver Executive Insights & Market Intelligence to top management.
Lead Demand Analysis and act as a business consultant for portfolio performance.
