The European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare (EDQM) is seeking a highly organised professional to provide logistics support. This temporary position, based in Strasbourg, involves supporting the export of EDQM products by performing data entry and preparing documents for customs clearance. Applicants must have a higher education qualification in logistics and be proficient in Microsoft 365.

Knowledge of customs systems would be an asset, as well as fluency in French and good English skills. The contract runs from July to December 2026, with applications due by 18/06/2026.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of international logistics or customs.
• Must be a citizen of a member State of the Council of Europe.
• Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of English.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for the export of EDQM products.
• Perform data entry into Prodouane accurately.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance.
