Job summary

IDEMIA Group, through IDEMIA Secure Transactions, seeks an Operations Contract Manager based in Paris or in the UK to lead contract governance and business transformation. This senior role drives KPI dashboards, risk management, and cross-functional programs to protect contractual value across the customer lifecycle.

You will coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Operations, and Customer Success to embed contract management as a proactive business function, enabling scalable processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in contract management or related roles.
• Experience supporting international, high-value contracts and post-signature governance.
• Strong understanding of risk management, governance, lifecycle processes.
• Experience working across matrixed, multi-country organisations.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Define and support the transformation roadmap for Contract Management.
• Shape as-is/to-be vision across regions and functions.
• Lead digital enablement with Salesforce, CLM, dashboards.
• Lead change management across involved functions.
• Define and monitor KPIs linking operations to outcomes.
• Prepare regular senior leadership reporting on status and risks.
