Job summary

IOTA GROUP in Paris or Grenoble, France, is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contract management for customer projects with moderate to high risk. You will safeguard commercial interests, manage risks, and ensure compliance across tender and execution stages.

You will lead negotiations, draft and administer agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, and document contract changes with a detailed contract database. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a university degree in Law or Engineering or Quantity Survey
• Proven experience in contractual management of 7+ years, including negotiation, drafting, reviewing and administering agreements
• Experience with Datacenter contracts is a valuable plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential

Reporting to Contract Management Leader, you will ensure that contractual obligations are clearly defined, negotiated, and adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. You will safeguard the company’s commercial interests by managing risks, monitoring compliance, and driving resolution of claims or deviations. Your role is critical to secure profitability, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure smooth project execution across different countries and regulatory environments.

Your missions :

• Lead contract management for customer projects with moderate/high risk exposure during tender and execution phases

• You hold a university degree in Law or Engineering or Quantity Survey and have a strong interest in business, as well as in commercial and contractual matters.
• You have proven experience in contractual management (+7 years), both during contract execution and in pre‑contract phases — including negotiating, drafting, reviewing, and administering agreements.
• Experience with Datacenter, including negotiating and managing contracts in these segments, is a valuable plus.
• You demonstrate solid knowledge of legal terminology along with strong understanding of commercial and operational concepts.
• Your background may come from Datacenter business, or related industries.
  Ideally, you bring experience working in a project‑based environment.
• You are well‑organized, analytical, and solution-oriented, with strong and clear communication skills.
  You enjoy collaborating in multifunctional, collegiate teams, and you are comfortable interacting with project teams.
• We value your ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, negotiate with confidence, and constructively challenge assumptions to drive results.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
