Job summary

IDEMIA Secure Transactions is seeking a PMO Transformation professional to drive governance and data-driven reporting across a multi‑project portfolio. The role focuses on automation and maintaining strong control over programme execution, with visibility to senior leadership.

You will balance governance with data insights, delivering BI dashboards and structured reports while coordinating with the team manager in a dynamic transformation environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of PMO, programme support, or business analyst experience.
• Experience in data management or automation is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience producing senior stakeholder presentations in PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SharePoint management.
• Solid understanding of programme governance principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain action trackers and change control across the programme portfolio.
• Prepare for and facilitate governance forums and drive actions to completion.
• Maintain SharePoint programme sites with current, accessible documentation.
• Proactively track cross-programme dependencies and flag risks early.
• Support continuous improvement of PMO templates, frameworks, and ways of working.
