Job summary

IDEMIA Secure Transactions seeks an experienced Operations Contract Manager to drive global contract governance, lifecycle optimization, and business transformation. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery and Operations to embed best practices, monitor risk, and enable scalable value delivery across the customer lifecycle.

Based in Paris or Tewkesbury, UK, the role champions standardized processes, dashboards, and early-warning mechanisms, while enabling continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Law, Business, Finance, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Certification in Contract Management (WorldCC/IACCM) would be a plus.
• Experience with CLM tools and governance frameworks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation roadmaps for Contract Management and governance.
• Coordinate post-execution governance activities including milestone tracking and escalation preparation.
• Lead governance forums and change-management initiatives across Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Operations.
• Monitor KPIs linking contract operations to business outcomes and risk mitigation.
• Deliver training and develop contract playbooks for global teams.
