Payhawk is seeking an exceptional Content & AI Enablement Team Lead to drive our global editorial agenda and build scalable systems for high-quality content across Payhawk. This player-coach role will own top-of-funnel programs, stay hands-on with writing and editing, and enable Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, and regional teams through clear workflows, templates, and standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial, brand publishing, or a related discipline.
• Native-level English proficiency, with excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading a content team or function.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, enterprise technology, financial services, or another complex B2B category.
• Experience creating content for senior business audiences.
• Evidence of building repeatable content processes and operating models, not only individual assets.
• Experience working across Brand, Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, Sales, Web, Design, and regional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to challenge low-value requests.

Responsabilités

• Lead our global content strategy and editorial program.
• Write and edit Payhawk’s flagship content and develop scalable content workflows.
• Build an AI-enabled content operating system with repeatable processes and governance.
• Enable Product Marketing, SEO, Demand Generation, and regional teams with self-serve content tools.
• Coach and develop a small team of content managers and manage external partners.
