EY is seeking a Digital Content Project Manager to lead end-to-end digital content initiatives across ey.com and related platforms. The role emphasizes planning, delivery, governance and leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and scale.

You will coordinate across multiple teams globally and drive content operations modernization. You will translate priorities into structured project plans, monitor risks and dependencies, maintain documentation, and drive change management as tools

Qualifications

• Experience managing digital content, web, marketing operations or business transformation initiatives in a global environment.
• Strong understanding of the digital content lifecycle: creation, optimization, publishing, governance and retirement.
• Familiarity with enterprise content management and marketing platforms (AEM, Marketo).
• Experience leveraging AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital content initiatives and publishing process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across regional teams and stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and dependencies; drive resolution and escalation as needed.
• Support application of editorial, taxonomy, compliance and content governance standards.
• Lead opportunities to leverage AI and automation to scale content operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to pilot and implement technology-enabled processes.
• Lead workflow optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and adoption of AI-enabled delivery.
• Drive change management for new tools and operating models.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports and guidance for consistency.
