EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Connectivity Support Manager to ensure seamless integration of our instruments solutions within customer ecosystems, including opticians, labs, and teleoptometry systems. The role requires leading Level-3 technical support and coordinating connectivity projects across our global network.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Engineering or IT.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical support of applications or technical project management with customer support.
• Solid experience with basic software packages and information systems (PC, connectivity).
• Solid experience in problem analysis and solving.
• Knowledge of applications in medical environments is a strong plus.
• Good level of English is mandatory; French is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead or contribute to connectivity projects, depending on complexity.
• Provide advanced (Level 3) technical support to global technical networks.
• Act as the technical reference for multiple countries in the distribution network.
• Support knowledge transfer across the network through training and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify product/process improvements.
• Gather and analyze feedback to inform product evolution.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and long-term maintenance needs.
