Job summary

Kama Ayurveda in Paris seeks a Communications Manager to shape and execute global PR, influencer and events strategies across markets. You will align with the Global Communications Director and collaborate with agencies, markets and partners.

Based in Paris, you will craft compelling narratives, manage creator partnerships, plan launches and brand experiences that translate Ayurveda into luxury beauty, while maintaining consistent brand voice worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PR, Influence, or Events within Beauty, Fashion or Luxury.
• Strong understanding of international beauty, luxury media and creator landscape.
• Excellent sensitivity to brand image, storytelling and cultural trends.
• Creative yet hands-on with ability to turn ideas into high-quality executions.
• International mindset and ability to work across markets and cultures.
• Highly organized, agile, able to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English required; French is highly valued.
• Knowledge or affinity with India, Ayurveda, wellness and luxury beauty is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop the global PR approach and calendar across markets.
• Define and drive Kama Ayurveda's global influence strategy with creators and partners.
• Create memorable experiences that bring the Kama Ayurveda universe to life and strengthen relationships with media and talent.
