DentalMonitoring seeks a Director of Communications in Paris to lead global branding, content strategy, and digital marketing across regions. You will manage a team of communicators, align campaigns with product and sales, and shape the company voice in healthcare communications.

The role requires 7+ years in marketing communications, leadership experience, fluency in English, and a track record delivering cross-regional campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment. Hybrid Paris office.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing communications and content creation, including leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications; Master's degree is a plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with ability to craft high-impact content
• Proven track record of global marketing campaigns and cross-geography content
• Experience leading and developing teams in international environments
• Strong collaboration skills across marketing, product, and sales

Responsabilités

• Own and lead the branding and content strategy across regions
• Drive digital marketing campaigns end-to-end and manage global social media presence
• Oversee sales collateral and provide tools for global sales teams
• Design and lead training programs and education curricula
• Shape the company voice through PR, public affairs, and KOL programs
• Manage internal communications and mentor a high-performing team
• Coordinate launches and campaigns with regional marketing, product, and sales
