WPP Media seeks a Director of Global Client Enablement to lead product enablement across a portfolio of global client accounts based in France. You will partner with agencies, clients and internal teams to drive adoption, engagement and measurable value from the Open platform and DTA services.

You will ensure enablement plans are executed, client teams are trained, feedback loops are established, and alignment with broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in client enablement, customer success, or training within a technology or data‑driven organization.
• Strong understanding of technology platforms and ability to act as a confident product advocate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple client priorities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret adoption data and translate insights into action.

Responsabilités

• Oversee enablement programs for a portfolio of large global client accounts within your cluster.
• Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, and training sessions tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate with regional enablement peers to share learnings and ensure consistency across accounts.
• Facilitate integration with cross‑studio deployments and ensure governance models for global client solutions.
• Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and client satisfaction; adjust strategies accordingly.
