Marsh is seeking an experienced French-speaking Global Client Director to lead a portfolio of multinational clients based in France, building trusted relationships with C-suite executives and driving global revenue growth through tailored solutions.

You will oversee cross‑functional teams, shape strategic client growth plans, and ensure high‑quality delivery across advisory, risk, and investments, while navigating governance, compliance and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex multinational client portfolios, preferably within the French market or similar European contexts.
• Strong strategic thinking and business development skills with a track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to engage senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional, global teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
• Deep understanding of people-related business challenges and the ability to translate client needs into actionable Marsh solutions.

• Portfolio Growth and Profitability: Drive global revenue growth and profitability within the designated portfolio by developing 360° client management strategies.
• Strategic Client Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of tailored client growth strategies based on market insights.
• Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage Marsh’s global client teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes and leading global RFPs.
• Technical Advisory and Solution Delivery: Provide expert advice leveraging Marsh's solutions and ensure compliance with business standards.
• Market Engagement and Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends and represent Marsh at events to boost brand presence.
• Governance and Compliance: Uphold Marsh’s standards in client interactions and contracts, fostering long-term relationships.
