Job summary

Technip Energies is seeking a Chartering Manager in our HQ in Nanterre to lead sea transport chartering for modules and bulk materials across projects. You will plan resources, drive vessel tenders, and ensure contractual compliance with TCP terms while coordinating with Marine and Logistics teams.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Maritime Shipping or Engineering, has 7–10 years in subcontracting or chartering, and demonstrates BIMCO knowledge, strong English communication, and a proactive,

Qualifications

A degree in Maritime Shipping or Engineering.
7–10 years of experience in subcontracts or chartering.
Strong Knowledge of BIMCO Contracts and Negotiation Skills.
Strong communication skills in English (written and oral).
A dynamic, adaptable mindset with a passion for learning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Plan and mobilize resources for projects in coordination with the chartering department head.
Lead tendering for vessel selection and review vessel specs and plans with related teams.
Ensure contractual flow-down and TCP terms are followed across contracts.
Coordinate vessel inspections and ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.
Lead all bulk-related vessel chartering from tendering to operation and liaise with the fleet manager for follow-up.
