CBA, a Paris-based global design agency, is seeking a Senior Strategy lead to drive strategic thinking for key brands and multi-market accounts. You will influence senior client decisions, shape brand positioning, and manage cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-impact work.

You will develop briefs, synthesize data into compelling narratives, and lead pitches while ensuring commercial rigour across multiple demanding projects. Hybrid work in Paris with a collaborative, people-focused culture.
